　　“别抽到我，别抽到我……”我在心中暗暗地祈祷着，可是世上不如意者十有八九，还有一二特别不如意。“c。j。”mr。l喊了我的名字，“该你了。”

　　这可是我人生第一次英文演讲，虽然我已经在各种大大小小的目光中生活了十四个年头，可是当我站在讲台上，接受全班同学目光的扫射时，我仍会手脚冰凉，头冒冷汗。

　　“大家好，接下来c。j。会为大家分享她的春节。”我故作轻松地开始了我的“表演”，因为是第一次，我迫切地希望能够精彩地完成，这种想法给了我动力，无疑也给了我无形的`压力。我直视前方，不敢和台下的“观众”来个眼神交流，他们的眼睛像一盏聚光灯，将我照得不知所措。

　　慢慢地，我调整呼吸，全身紧张地感觉褪去了，我的声音不再发颤，表情自然了许多，甚至还不由自主地加上了肢体动作助以解释，我熟悉了这种在人们面前说话的感觉，瞬间，观众们的目光变得柔和，我竟然感觉像平时在班里和同学说话一样地自然，自己的演讲也生动了许多。结束后，我深深地躹了一躬，观众送给我真挚的掌声。

　　整个班都进行完毕后，外教让我们两两一组，写下自己和同伴的优点和不足，我在纸上点评了自己“过于紧张”，mr。l看到后对我说：“紧张是不可避免的，当我刚开始做老师时，我也因为同学们的眼睛而紧张，我感觉他们的目光像钉子一样，不敢有半点差错，但是现在我已经习惯了，希望你下次会越来越轻松。”

　　是啊，越来越轻松，说起来容易做起来难啊，怎么才能做到呢？需要多少次的练习和多么认真的准备呢？我不知道答案，但我坚信，每一次演讲就是一次历练，不仅是在培养能力，更在于面对扑面而来的注视和关注仍能坦然面对，淡然处之，这是一种人生态度。

　　在接下来的这一个学期，我将每周经历一次这样的考验，我希望能在期末的到一个全新的自己。
