　　Tuesday, November 18, overcast.

　　今天放学后，我到球馆去练乒乓球。

　　I practiced with Mr. Wang for a while. The teacher praised me for my fast progress, and then decided to start the challenge.

　　第一次比赛，我非常紧张，心里扑通扑通地跳。我使出全身本事，一个正手、一个反手。很快，在前半局我有了较大的优势，以5：1领先，我暗暗对自己说：“一定要坚持！”

　　For the first time, I was very nervous and jumped in my heart. I use all my abilities, one forehand and one backhand. Soon, in the first half of the game I had a big advantage, leading 5-1, I secretly said to myself: "we must insist!"
