　　今天晚上，我和妈妈出去散步。路上，空气真新鲜呀！还看到几位老奶奶在广场上跳舞。我们也好奇地凑过去看，还跳起了自己的舞来。我们又是踢腿，又是甩手臂。玩地不亦乐乎。

　　This evening, my mother and I went out for a walk. On the way, the air is so fresh! I also saw some old grannies dancing in the square. We also curiously looked over and danced our own. We're kicking, we're throwing our arms. It's fun to play.

　　回家的路上，我和妈妈比赛赛跑，妈妈每跑一段都要休息一会儿。而我呢？像离弦的箭一样，飞跑了出去，跑到家里才喘了口气。

　　On the way home, I ran a race with my mother, and she had to rest for a while. And me? Like the arrow from the string, I ran out and ran home to catch my breath.

　　所以说妈妈：你还是要多运动啊！
