　　爸爸下班回家，带来了一筐草莓。我问爸爸：“爸爸，这筐草莓是那里买来的呢？”“是我特意去姜山给你摘来的，是你最喜欢吃的哟！”爸爸说。我感谢爸爸，说：“谢谢爸爸，这又红又大的草莓我还是第一次看见！”

　　Dad came home from work with a basket of strawberries. I asked Dad, "Dad, where did you buy this basket of strawberries?" "I went to Jiangshan specially to pick it for you. It's your favorite!" Dad said. I thanked my father and said, "thank you, I saw this big red strawberry for the first time!"

　　草莓逗人喜爱。它圆圆的，红红的，像一个鸡心，全身长满了一粒粒小小的绿籽，绿籽上还有一根根绿色的软刺，不仔细看是看不出来的。顶上还戴着一顶绿色的小帽子。那一个草莓放到嘴里，轻轻咬开它，那红色的果肉露了出来，一丝一丝的，不断渗出浅红色的汁水，粘在舌头上，嘴唇上，那种味道甜中带酸，还有一股浓浓的奶油香味，真的很好吃！

　　Strawberries are lovely. It's round, red, like a chicken heart. It's full of small green seeds. There's a green soft thorn on the green seeds. You can't see it without looking carefully. There is also a small green hat on the top. Put the strawberry in your mouth and gently bite it open. The red flesh is exposed. A trace of it constantly exudes light red juice. 　　草莓不但好吃诱人，还是果中佳品。我从书上看到它的营养价值很高，书中说：草莓含有少量的胡萝卜素，是合成维生素A的重要物质，具有明目等作用。草莓还含有一定的膳食纤维，有帮助消化（消化食品）、通畅大便之功效。它的最大优点是食用时无任何禁忌，吃多了既不会受“凉”也不会上火。草莓是婴儿、老人、体弱者理想的营养健美果品。
